  • Lead development, maintenance, and testing of large scale university websites, landing pages, and web applications supported by academic unit. Notable projects lead include:
  • Drive team web strategy to market course/program enrollments and oversee the technical implementation of that strategy, collaborating with University Communications and Marketing and IT to ensure that all output meets university technology and brand standards
  • Analyze client project needs, producing technical specifications and providing support through completion of the project. Research new technologies and build working prototypes based on requirements
  • Develop templates and standards, directing efforts to improve the usability, design, content and conversion rates of all unit sites and applications

  • Oversaw planning, design and launch of completely redesigned and rebuilt fully responsive Sircon.com, handcoding as sole developer
  • Implemented several major content additions to site, including a site blog, resource library, searchable FAQ section, and unique campaign and event landing pages
  • Improved and simplified site change and update process by creating reusable site components and page templates, using Subversion for version control

  • As part of the SNworks team, handled new site builds and redesigns working from Photoshop document design comps with specifications, along with ticket requests for The State News site as well as more than 20 other university sites across the country utilizing responsive website design
  • Developed websites using Bootstrap responsive framework, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Grunt, and Twig. Git and Bibucket used for version control
